    I’m just wondering if anyone else feels the same way I feel about C4 and the Scavenger perk. Let me elaborate.

    When you combine these two, it can get very annoying, quickly. Why? If you toss a C4 while standing over a pack, you’ll pick up a new one. Therefore, when you go to detonate the one you tossed, you wind up tossing the new C4 instead. This has gotten me killed a couple of times. You don’t even need to be standing over it. You can toss one, back up some to get out of the blast range, and wind up picking up another.

    Does anyone else get annoyed with this? This is certainly one patch I’d love to see… allow us to detonate before throwing, IW! There’s no need for me to detonate two of them at the same time!

    I feel your pain, but I think most (like myself) don’t run C4, most use claymores and grenades, probably why no response, but yeah, I agree it sux, I use TI mostly in HQ or Nades

    Haha, that may be true. I like to use C4 sometimes instead of claymores because I can detonate C4 when I want to. Of course, with C4, you either have to be psychic or stick around and camp for a while.

    Lately, I’ve been sticking to semtex (no pun intended) as my equipment of choice. I’m usually spot on with it, too. :P

    i like it…cause i can throw a couple c4 packs down at random places and give it a couple of seconds and hit the button, and possiblely get a kill or 2..and campers get the blunt of the blast.or a noob tube

    Well, then they could change it to this scenario:

    1. You throw a C4 pack, you switch to detonator, and the UP directional changes to ‘Detonate.’
    2. You back up over a C4 pack, adds it to your equipment.
    3. You now have the option of tossing another C4 pack OR detonating. If you don’t change weapons, you’re still holding the detonator and can press R1 to detonate. If you HAVE changed weapons, then pushing R1 will toss another C4 pack unless you press UP first.

    I don’t know. Just would make sense to me. Maybe I’m just old school and am used to games that allow you to detonate before tossing. :P

    well guys should know that if u just double tap square or x for the xbox 360 but anyways double tap it and it detonates so no more accidentally throwing a pack
