PS3 has a new update (firmware 3.60), it takes approximately 5 minutes to download at avg of 10M download speed and roughly 5 minutes to install. Feature of the update are listed below as taken from PlayStation’s “Update” site:

Online Storage

You can now store saved data for a game (PlayStation®3 format software) on a PlayStation®Network server, and then download it to another PlayStation®3 system to continue playing your game. To use this feature you must have a PlayStation®Network account and a subscription to PlayStation®Plus. > See details

You can now store saved data for a game (PlayStation®3 format software) on a PlayStation®Network server, and then download it to another PlayStation®3 system to continue playing your game. To use this feature you must have a PlayStation®Network account and a subscription to PlayStation®Plus.

* The maximum available storage capacity for one PlayStation®Network account is 150 MB.
* The maximum number of saved data items that can be stored with one PlayStation®Network account is 1000.
* Saved data that is not for PlayStation®3 format software cannot be stored.
* You can upload copy-protected saved data at any time.
* Once copy-protected saved data is uploaded to or downloaded from online storage, you must wait at least 24 hours before downloading the same data again.
* You cannot use online storage for some games. For details about games or services that do not support online storage, select here.

Uploading saved data for PS3™ format software to online storage

* Select Online Storage (Game) Online Storage(Saved Data Utility (PS3™)).
* Select the data you want to upload, and then press the button.
* Select [Copy].
* Select [Online Storage] as the save destination.

Downloading saved data from online storage to the PS3™ system

* Select Online Storage (Game) Online Storage(Saved Data Utility (PS3™)), and then select [Online Storage].
* Select the saved data you want to download, and then press the button.
* Select [Copy].

* Under (Power Save Settings) > (Controller Auto-Off), you can now set the PS3™ system so that paired wireless controllers will turn off after 10, 20 or 30 minutes of idle time.
