“Zombies have been such a hit with our community that we were committed to bringing brand new zombie experiences to Call of Duty: Black Ops,” says Treyarch Studio Head, Mark Lamia. “We’ve taken extra special care to retain the essential ingredients of our Zombie game, and have also crafted a nice surprise for the fans.”

Gamers can also experience an all new co-op game in Call of Duty: Black Ops Multiplayer with Combat Training. Up to six players can rank up in this dedicated and exclusive multiplayer mode battling against enemy AI.

  1. About time they confirmed what we all thought should be in the game from the start. I must admit I thought they may have released this a little closer to the launch to stir up the frenzy some more, or release a press comment that indicated it would be released on a DLC package a little after launch.

  2. This was one of the worst kept secrets. It got spilled that zombies was coming on Blk ops a few months ago but never confirmed. I personally love it. A few buddies and I have been playing Zombies on WaW for the last month and a half. We’re trying to beat our record of 42 rounds on Der Reise and it’s tough glitch free.

I’m now at odds for when it’s released to start playing Multi or Zombies first. They are so creative with Nazi Zombies it’s going to be tough. I have to say that I’ve not been more excited about a game release ever. Can NOV 9th get here quick enough…LOL.
