Der Riese: Host Multiple Gun Glitch

We have shown you in an Earlier Multiple Gun Glitch tutorial Post.. Problem was that the Host of the match could not participate in this cool glitch. There is a small “Scooby Snack”; however, which I will tell you here (No video Yet).
Here is what you (the Host) can do:
- You must have a bouncing betty available and at least 5200 points.
- You must have 1 upgraded weapon and
1 normal weapon that you want to upgrade
- Go to the Pack-A-Punch machine to upgrade.
- Put your normal weapon in to upgrade.
- Immediately turn and run straight back downstairs
towards the area that max ammo, bombs appear
after a transport and on the right side of wall
you will find a Kar98, buy the Kar98 then run
back to machine with Kar98 in hand until you see
hit square to trade weapon.
- Bring up your betty then but as soon as you do
Hit Square button to take weapon.
- You will now have 2 upgraded weapons and Kar98
- Later trade your Kar98 for a better weapon from box.
That’s it you can only have 2 pimped out guns and 1 normal gun as the Host.
The first time I tried this I messed up and ran into machine with betty in hand then hit square, nothing happened so I switch to kar98 and tried again, didn’t work. You must go in with kar98 readied, then when you see hit square to trade weapons, then quickly ready betty (don’t drop one) just ready it, then immediately tap square.
I recommend pimp’n out a flamethrower, (MG or Browning), then have a normal Ray Gun after trading Kar98 for ray gun. Works great to protect a “window” plus have big gun and power gun when needed.
A famous Scottsman “iain58″ showed me this trick.

You can infact have THREE upgraded guns. You just need to do the betty trick again when upgrading the third gun.
Also few believe this but you can do the other multi gun glitch as host too. Where a friend downs themselves by the box and you revive them, half way through the revive take the weapon and continue to revive the other player.
Its harder, but do-able. You just need to release some of the pressure on the blue button and then put miore pressure on it. keep repeating this and eventually you will take the gun. You know when you have done it right because the revive bar will not dissapear.
This also works on split-screen. I know this because i’m the unlucky guy that always has to be host coz none of my friends are able to do it.
Theres also a betty trick whereby when there is a max ammo in sight (prob after a dof round) if you place the bettys you have and then pick up the max ammo BEFORE your player pulls out his gun (youve got about a second) you will get two more betties. Perfect on dog rounds. after you kill the last dog place the betties you got at the start of the round, wait until the next round starts nd youj get your next two (dont worry about the max ammo dissapearing you will get enough time) then place those two and grab the max ammo, viola two more betties. So effectivly you got 6. 6 X 4 players equals 24 betties so if your relying on them and getting annoyed with the dogs blowing them up this will cheer you up.
Then there is the one gun PAP thingy. If you only have one gun and you put it in the PaP for some strange reason you get another pistol. This is the only way they could fix the glitch from Verruckt working on Der Riese i think, by preventing you from having no gun.
Theres also the monkey bomb glitch. throw all 3 monkeys. throw 3 of your 4 grenades and down your-self with the last but dont let go of the RB. When you stand back up you will pull out another monkey.
Barrier glitch on the door. Facing away from the mainframe the door on the right is the one im talking about. Dont open it, have one player stand on the left hand side on that door and the other stand on the other side in the corner opposite to the other player. All the zombies go over to the M1 Carbine except for the window directly behind player behind the door.
Hole by the quick revive. Have one person stand above the hole but as far back and as close to the hole as possible. 1 on the window in that room with him. the other two down the hole stood in the two corners. Zombies all go into teleporter C and stay there. to attract them just have one of the two players down the hole step forward and all the zombies will start running at them. when they are nearly up to you just step back into the corner and they run away again!
Gewher, Kar, Carbine, Double shotty PaP and normal. Buy one of the above and stick it in the PaP, while its PaPing go buy that gun again. Swap the OTHER gun to get the gun back out of the PaP and viola you have a upgraded and a standard.
Theres a dog barrier in that hole by the quick revive too, just stand in the corner by the hole that over looks the bowie knife (a good i idea to run jump and crouch to ensure your in it right) and at least two dogs wont be able to hit you, but if you get a pile up they push each other and its game over for you.

I will check out some of your suggestions later on this evening. I am still skeptical of the Host getting more than 3, and even upgrading the 3rd. Everytime I’ve tried to do the PaP and Betty trick for 3rd upgrade, it takes my Kar98 and the most “favorable” upgraded weapon. I will check these out but maybe others have thier two cents to add also.
But very good post, its too bad you didn’t include your “real” email address as I will use these to reward commentors on occasion or for future contests CODBUNKER will have, maybe next post you will think about using real email address……………

This is not true: I am an electrical engineer and the buttons xyz/abc etc. are on/off switches (buttons) they are not “pressure” sensitive therefore this cannot work. Maybe it is a timing thing on your part of WHEN you release or hold it but it has nothing to do with pressure.
I usually hold one betty, so when max ammo is obtained, I then have two again. I will try your “timing” of dropping betty just as someone grabs max ammo. Sounds good.

um i think they are pressure sensitive, I have had 3 guns as host about a year and a half ago ..lol the mokey bomb glitch works good info

i have been searching for glitches for cod waw and i have found 1 but not sure if it works for other ppl (none host)
when u open first door on say round 3 there is a window on your left when dog round if you jump into the corner of this window (when its dogs) it prevents you from getting attacked
and i want to ask you,
say if i opend the gun box an i allready had 2 guns say mp40 an mg42 and a ray gun came up do you think id be able to switch to bettys and take the gun leavng me with 3 guns like the packet punch glitch

Yes door to the left (towards trench gun room) go thru and to left corner is a protection from dog glitch, but only one at a time…..two or more will start munching. There is another one to the left corner of bowie knife. To be honest, I have not tried using betty to grab another gun, without reviving teamate also. Whenever I go after guns as host I always have teamate go down and do betty trick to get multiple weapons. If not host, I just use revive alone. This is basically a timing lag on the computers part that causes this. Thats why its harder for host. Hosting computer is quicker and can figure out in milliseconds if you have gun in hand, it takes longer over net making it easier to “fool” host computer that you do not have gun in hand. My best guess for now is it might be possible to do what you asked if not host, but I bet host can’t do it. I will give it a try both ways. But like I said, I usually have teamate with me. If your playing with people that are not “team” players then this would be a great tool if it works. I will give it a shot.

Another multiple gun glitch for host and other players
Is when two people down them selves right next to each. You will be able to see between the player legs.but don’t be to far apart then it won’t work or too close so both of ya’ll are revived
*(By the way if you are the one getting the extra gun you need two rifles or other guns. you can’t have a pistol or a thompson the first time or it won’t work)*
The one that wants the extra gun will be revived first-while holding “x”- you will hold “x” and not let go so when you are revived you start reviving the next player.
Fully revive him and you should-after you revive him and put away the syringe-be left with no gun.
You can buy a kar98k or go to the mystery box and get any gun.
Click “y” once you get the gun and you will have three.
Do it multiple times for more guns.
Host can do this glitch also
I have done it and had 10 upgraded guns.
*(i recommend to use one grenade for both player so in case it doesn’t work the first time you have more grenade to try)*
And to upgrade guns so you don’t lose another one or or trade it in
You need betties
Its like the “three gun glitch” but you don’t buy the kar.
You simply put in the desired gun to upgrade in the pack-a-punch machine and once it comes out of the machine ready a betty and as you switch between the gun in your hand and the betty-you should see the gold pressure sensor(don’t know if it called that but the gold stick thingy) and once you see that press “x” to grab the gun from the machine check by pressing “y” to see if you all your guns
*(be sure you have a gun that you don’t really want out just in case you mess up the first couple of time and trade it.but once you have the timing down its really easy to get multiple guns upgraded)*

I wonder if this is easier on Xbox. Gunit, BDP, and I tried this mutliple times and could not seem to get it to work. We didn’t try too hard though since revive glitch by box is soooooo easy and the host doing it with a betty (posted on this site also), we never went back to try. We are on PS3 and by your post it sounds like you have Xbox. Has anybody with a PS3 done this one?

SO BASICALLY WHAT’S THE MAX # OF GUNS YOU CAN HAVE? 3? 4? OR AS MANY AS YOU WANT.. JUST KEEP TRADING THE KAR AND UPGRADING YOUR NEW GUN.. AND THEN BUYING THE KAR AGAIN..

You can have as many guns that are in the box and on walls, and upgrade them also in the PAP (Pack-A-Punch) machine. (I will post this soon, how to upgrade without having to trade in a weapon) This glitch (PAP and betty and KAR98) is an old one and there is a better one for the HOST Here:

FOR THE GUN GLITCH WHERE TO PEOPLE GO DOWN AND THE 3RD PERSON REVIVES THE PLAYER WHO IS DOWN (WHO THEN PICKS UP THE OTHER PLAYER AS HE’S GETTING PICKED UP)…. I KNOW THERE’S CERTAIN GUNS YOU CAN’T HAVE WHILE DOING THIS GLITCH.. YOU KNOW WHICH ONES THEY ARE? I HEARD SOMETHING LIKE YOU CAN’T HAVE A PISTOL, RAY GUN, COLT.. AND YOU CAN’T HAVE THOSE NOR A THOMPSON THE 1ST TIME YOU DO IT. I WAS DOING IT YESTERDAY AND THEN THE NEXT GAME IT WOULDN’T WORK FOR ME.. I’M THINKING IT WAS BC I HAD A GUN THAT IF I HAVE IT WONT WORK.
ANY RESPONSES WILL BE APPRECIATED. THAT’S MY GAMERTAG SO ADD ME CUZ I’M ALWAYS DOWN TO PLAY ZOMBIES.

i dont like this glitch to confusing the ray gun is better than the browning and the mg upgrade the ray gun also so you have the best guns.
Anyone know if the 3gun bettie/PaP glitch has been patched?? used to work like a dream for me but it´s not working for me now (tried about 6times yesterday), i select betties go to grab the gun and it just won´t let me take it,
I wasn´t host for any of the games recently so not sure if they have patched this glitch or I was just not quick enough? anyways, hope it´s not patched. it was pretty handy!

It is not patched, I was playing a game within the last week and before I upgraded I heard one of my pals (bdp) complain of the same thing. Next round I went to PAP to try it (I was the host) and it worked fine for me, my bdp_75 then tried again and it worked fine that time, there were however a few times teamates got shortchanged on the deal; however, I never did. Here is what I have always done, since I’ve lost weapons too many times at first till I became a pro at it, When I get ready to grab upgraded gun, I hit button to bring up bouncing betty, then IMMEDIATELY hit button to take weapon, then hold that button till I see the PAP kinda blink, or for at least 2 seconds, then I back out to Transport Pad and do a 180 to face the clock and then check my weapons. Sounds weird but it has become a ritual now LOL. 99.99% of the time my PAP/Betty glitch works, so I’ll keep doing it that way……………

I have also recently learnt how to upgrade monkey bombs. In the room where the thomson is. You simply throw 1 of your monkey bombs into the furnest. Then some weird monkey noises will start talking and yeh. When upgraded they sing for longer, giving you more time to revive etc and cause a bigger explosion. My name is my gamer tag (xbox live) so add me if you keen to kick some zombie ass!!! try upgrading monkeys and share what happened.
I’ll have to check that one again, I thought you had to shoot the two teddy bears first, then throw monkey in furnace to get it to scream. But I did not know this gives you more “monkey bomb time”, I will have to check that out.
That glitch does work and you can upgrade three weapons my opinion MG, Browning,Ray Gun
monkey bombs are the best for protection when being over powered Ive made it to 1834 rounds of zombies using those three weapons i mentioned earlier and using monkey’s and bouncing betties thx for that glitch buckeyeTc you r awesome

I have confirmed the monkey bomb in furnace. It actually does two things. Whether or not you have completed “Hide and Seek” you throw a monkey in the fire and it enhances its explosion radius and also brings good fortune. You get more Nukes, insta-kills etc. In the next round.
Another glitch which i have confirmed,
When you are out of ammo and have a stumpy crawling around you find yourself wasting massive amounts of points going through teleporters but i’ve found a solution. Get yourself and a buddy in the teleporter and one of you down yourself with a grenade. DONT REVIVE HIM! activate the teleporter so that it transports you and your dying friend. Once you appear at the mainframe revive him. You may not get max ammo but something will definately be there.
Not to sound cocky but I have studied this game inside and out and if you need any info or confirmation on glitches then ask away.
